We loved working with Jonell Craig! She assisted my Husband and I in buying 3 different homes over the years. She was knowledgable and helpful when assisting us in finding a home. She was vary patient with us, as we had many items on our list. She would listen to our thoughts about each house we viewed in order to help narrow down selections, in order to find the perfect property. The last property we purchased was a new home. She walked us through the whole process of picking out finishes, as well as communicating upgrades with the builder. We are so thankful that she was there to help us! Run, do not walk to work with Jonell! She is top-notch and knows the KC market backward and forwards. We worked with her in 2012 to buy our home, then again in Fall 2019 to sell that house. In late 2020, we were living out of state and I called on her to find us a house within the LSHS boundaries. Numerous texts/calls, and Zoom walkthroughs later, we closed right before Christmas 2020 and walked into our forever home!!
