Roger is a lifelong resident of the Kansas City Metro area and has been selling Real Estate for 23 years with Reece Nichols Realtors. To keep up with the demands of the market, Roger has grown his real estate business to include 10 additional agents, 2 full time staff consisting of a licensed client care transaction coordinator to manage all team transactions and a licensed graphics designer who handles all marketing aspects of the business. Roger hand picks each member of his team and believes that having a strong mentor has helped him to build his business to the level it has achieved. He strives to provide that same mentorship to his team members. He takes great pride in being a hands-on team leader that specializes in every aspect of real estate including but not limited to resale transactions, new home construction and relocation transactions. His number one priority has always been and continues to be communication and superb service to all his clients.

Jonell is a native of Eastern Jackson County, growing up in Independence and graduating from Truman High School. She graduated from the University of Kansas and spent 15 years in healthcare before turning her sites to real estate. She started her new career in 2010 with Roger Deines as her mentor and still values being part of this close-knit team. What she enjoys most about being a Realtor is educating her clients on the buying and selling process, and especially loves first-time home buyers and new construction. She enjoys making a real connection with her clients and finds they are soon cherished friends.

In her time away from work you could find her volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House, on a local trail with her dogs Shadow and Millie or possibly taking in a Royals Game at The K. She currently lives in Blue Springs with her husband, Carter. They enjoy traveling, spending time on their boat and of course watching some college basketball while rooting for her beloved Kansas Jayhawks.

Devon joined the Roger Deines Group after college and brings an extensive knowledge background to the team having grown up in the real estate world.  Devon is the youngest son of Roger Deines and is excited to join the team!  In his free time he enjoys watching and playing sports, mentoring young athletes, spending time with his girlfriend Riley and his two Dalmatians Dottie and Denver.

Angie is a life-long resident of the Lee’s Summit area. She graduated from Lee’s Summit High School and went on to receive her associate degree from Longview Community College. After working at Hy-Vee for 28 years, she decided that she wanted to expand her opportunities and in 2018 joined the Roger Deines Group. She was drawn to real estate by the diversity that it has to offer. Angie is licensed in both Missouri and Kansas and is excited to see her real estate business grow.

Angie and her husband Jason reside in Greenwood, MO and have been married since 1997. They have two children, Breanna and Jacob, one grandson born in 2020 and a granddaughter born in 2021. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Amber is originally from Iowa, moving to Missouri to play volleyball in college. After college she worked as a graphic designer until she got into real estate in 2013. She loves being part of this team and working closely with buyers and sellers to achieve their real estate goals. One of her favorite parts of real estate is that no two deals are the same and there is always more to learn. With her graphic design background, Amber produces all marketing material for the Roger Deines Group. In her spare time she stays very busy with her three boys(ages 9,7, and 5) and husband Jesse. They enjoy traveling, camping, sports, and really anything outdoors. She is a resident of Lee’s Summit.

Sheila has lived in Lee’s Summit since 1988 but has resided in the Kansas City metro area most of her life. She chose to venture into the real estate industry due to her passion for design and architecture. With the encouragement of her family and friends she obtained her real estate license in 2018. As a realtor, her main priority is to listen to her clients needs and to help ensure that their buying and selling process is a great experience. She strives to demonstrate the highest level of integrity and commitment in all aspects of her life both personally and professionally.

Sheila and her husband have been married for 33 years and together they raised 4 wonderful children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, riding bikes, hiking, traveling, shopping, decorating and home renovation projects.

Cindy has spent most of her life in the Kansas City area. She grew up in Independence, Missouri and graduated from Truman High School. After attending college at the University of Central Missouri she moved to Lee’s Summit. In 2001 she was given the opportunity to relocate to Colorado and work for a Toyota dealership. She began as a sales associate and was quickly promoted to fleet manager and then finance manager. In October of 2018 she decided to move back to the Lee’s Summit area and chose to pursue a career in real estate. Cindy joined the Roger Deines Group in 2019 after being referred to him by her sister whom had just purchased a home through Roger. Cindy is very passionate about helping anyone and everyone in finding their forever home.

In her spare time, Cindy enjoys hiking with her spouse and 2 dogs, biking, swimming, camping and other outdoor activities. She loves both the Chiefs and the Royals is looking forward to getting to know the game of soccer by way of Sporting KC.

Gabriel has spent most of his life in the Kansas City metro area, from growing up in rural Missouri then living in several different cities in the area. Prior to getting his real estate license and joining the Roger Deines Group, Gabriel spent almost 20 years in IT with a focus on project management. He enjoys being part of a top-selling team and the plethora of knowledge the Roger Deines Group has to offer. Gabriel considers it a privilege to be part of the home buying and selling process.

Nicole Jones is a 15 year resident of Lee’s Summit. Her unique background makes her a perfect guide for your next move! Having grown up as an airman’s daughter, Nicole knows what it’s like to constantly be on the move and adapt to new cultures. However, after settling in Missouri 33 years ago, Nicole has called it home ever since.

Nicole graduated from Missouri Valley College with a double major in Human Services Management and Recreation Administration, and later added a Masters degree in Business to her impressive educational background. She started her career as an underwriter with Farmers Insurance in 2007, where she worked her way up the corporate ladder.

With her knowledge in relocation and a keen understanding of the business landscape, Nicole is excited to join Roger Deines and his team. She is passionate about helping others find their ideal place to grow and thrive.
