Roger is a lifelong resident of the Kansas City Metro area and has been selling Real Estate for 23 years with Reece Nichols Realtors. To keep up with the demands of the market, Roger has grown his real estate business to include 10 additional agents, 2 full time staff consisting of a licensed client care transaction coordinator to manage all team transactions and a licensed graphics designer who handles all marketing aspects of the business. Roger hand picks each member of his team and believes that having a strong mentor has helped him to build his business to the level it has achieved. He strives to provide that same mentorship to his team members. He takes great pride in being a hands-on team leader that specializes in every aspect of real estate including but not limited to resale transactions, new home construction and relocation transactions. His number one priority has always been and continues to be communication and superb service to all his clients.

As a seasoned Real Estate Agent since 2005, Shawn brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team and prides herself in her desire to help buyers and sellers make one of the most important decisions of their life. As your Realtor, Shawn makes it her priority to make selling or buying a home as simple as possible and practices patience and integrity when working with her clients.

A resident of Lee’s Summit for 15 years, Shawn and her late husband raised two adult sons, LaDarrian & Micco Page, both married with 5 children between them. When Shawn is not working, you can find her spending time with her family and grandchildren enjoying some form of sports and entertainment. Entirely her WHY!
