Sheila Johnson was an outstanding realtor for our family's first home purchase.

She took on the daunting task of helping us buy a home remotely, sight unseen.

Due to our circumstances and the rate at which homes were going off the market

in our desired area, we were unable to do anything in person. Sheila had never

done anything like this before, but I would have never known. She always kept us

in the loop about the next step in the process and what action needed to be taken.

She was quick to reach out to us if there was something that required our attention

and was always available to talk to. When there was a house that came on the

market that we were interested in, she was out looking at it within 24 hours. She

went to great lengths to take pictures and videos for us so we could do virtual walk-

through's of the houses. As we were not able to visit homes in person, she walked

through the house in detail as if she were the one buying it and made notes of

everything that stood out to her. She did a great job of going to bat for us when in

the negotiation phase after the appraisal to make sure our concerns were

appropriately addressed and resolved. She met us at our house the first time we

saw it (after closing remotely) to welcome and congratulate us on our new home.

She never skipped a beat and we felt like we were there. Sometimes she didn't

have answers when questions first arose; however, she was quick to find the

answer. Despite being states away and purchasing a relatively inexpensive home,

she gave us first class treatment throughout the home buying process and made

sure we were comfortable taking every step. Sheila set the bar high for future

realtors, going above and beyond from initial contact to final closing. We trusted

her with the responsibility of helping us choose our new home from states away

and I couldn't imagine the process going any smoother. I can only hope our next

home purchase is as pleasant as this one. Sheila is highly professional, highly
